- Shipping Carriers: We use Shiprocket Logistics for all our deliveries. The choice of carrier may vary depending on the destination and service availability.
- Delivery Attempts: Our delivery partners will make up to three attempts to deliver the package. If the delivery is not successful after these attempts, the package will be returned to us.

- Lost or Damaged Packages: If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and provide a suitable resolution.
- International Shipping: For international orders, customs and import duties may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Delivery times for international orders may vary based on customs clearance.
- Return to Sender: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept delivery, we will notify you. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
- Return of purchased: Products are facilitated through our reverse-Logistics Partners. On receipt of request for return of Product on almax and the same being duly acknowledged by us, our reverse-Logistics Partners shall get in touch with you in order to collect the purchased Products from you. We process returns of purchased Products in accordance with our cancellation, refunds & cancellation policies .
